Three Arrested in SW MO Murder Case

A third person is arrested in connection to the discovery of a burned-out vehicle containing human remains in Barry County, Missouri.

Authorities have formally charged 38-year-old Nathan Bates of Purdy, Missouri, with abandonment of a corpse in the case. The incident occurred sometime between March 11 and March 13 near Verona, Missouri. Authorities were called to the scene of a towing company in Shell Knob on March.
