Second Suspect in Shooting at Osage Casino Turns Himself In

 

A second suspect in a Tulsa hotel and casino shooting turns himself in to the Osage County Sheriff's Office.

 

Authorities say 18-year old Marquaveon Goff turned himself into the Osage County Sheriff's Office on Thursday, April 24, after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

 

The shooting happened at the Osage Hotel and Casino on Saturday, April 12th, and left two people injured and a service animal dead. Goff is being charged with shooting with intent to kill and has a bond of $200,000. The other suspect in the case, Malik Sampson, surrendered to authorities on Monday and is also being charged with shooting with intent to kill and in addition to assault and battery with a deadly weapon. His bond was also set at $200,000.

 

This was a joint investigation between the Osage County Sheriff's Office and the Osage Nation Police Department. At this time all suspects have been identified and are being held at the Osage County Jail.
