A Bartlesville man is back in custody after being mistakenly released from the Washington County Jail.
32-year-old Brandon Morgan was being held on three felony charges stemming from a case in late March when he was mistakenly released from the facility. Washington County Sheriff Scott Owen says Morgan was released due to a miscommunication.
Morgan was only out for a few hours before he turned himself in once he learned a warrant for his arrest had been re-issued. He is currently being held on a $150,000 bond.
