Two Copan men are facing felony charges after allegedly pointing firearms at someone.
19-year-old Preston Barnes and 18-year-old Joseph Radford were charged yesterday with feloniously pointing a firearm.
According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, last Friday evening, Barnes and Radford are alleged to have exchanged obscene hand gestures with the victim then followed the suspects in their vehicle. The pair are accused of then pointing a handgun and a rifle at the victim.
Barnes and Radford will appear in court again on May 2nd. Their bonds are set at $10,000 each.
