The Nowata County Commission approves bids for Public Works Projects.

 

At this week's meeting, commissioners  approved Right of Way Acquisitions for Guy Engineering on two low water crossings and a water line relocation project. They also carried motions on three bids involving road materials, asphalt and a lease purchase for a patching truck.

 

Commissioners also heard an update on some upcoming events from the Nowata County Extension Office.

 

Also on the agenda was a discussion of maintenance in the Nowata County Jail with improvements on walls and plumbing.  Commissioners announced that the Nowata County Courthouse will be closed on Friday in observance of Good Friday.
