The USD 447 Cherryvale-Thayer School Board is set to approve a project contractor for the replacement of the track at Cherryvale Jr/Sr High School.

 

At tonight's meeting, board members will be asked to select a general contractor for the project from a list of companies that have submitted bids for the work. The proposal will be selected based on the overall pricing by each contractor as well as each bidder’s experience and service in completing such a project. The construction on the new track is expected to begin this summer.

 

Also on tonight’s agenda is a discussion of the out-of-district student capacity threshold numbers for the coming school year.

 

Tonight’s meeting begins at 7pm in the library at Cherryvale Jr/Sr High School. The public is invited to attend.
