It was a busy winter for Coffeyville's Touch of Life Warming Shelter.
The shelter provides a warm place to stay when temperatures drop below freezing. Operator Alicia Melton says it was open 24/7 for four weeks during the winter. Melton says Touch of Life will be expanding its services this summer.
Melton says they could not do what they do without the help and support of the City of Coffeyville and the community.
