Two Arrested in Southwest Missouri Homicide

Two people are in custody in Barry County, Missouri, and face charges of luring a man to his death.

46-year-old Jimmy Taylor of Exeter and 34-year-old Brandy Coburn of Verona both face charges of first-degree murder, armed criminal action, tampering with physical evidence, and abandonment of a corpse. The charges stem from an incident which occurred in early March in which the pair are accused of luring Marvin McCullough to a Verona residence and then shooting him. The pair are also alleged to have placed the victim's body in the trunk of a car before setting the vehicle on fire.

Both Taylor and Coburn are currently being held without bond in the Barry County Jail in Cassville
