Kansas Congressman Derek Schmidt joins with fellow House Republicans in supporting the No Rogue Rulings Act.

 

The Act would do away with nation-wide injunctions unless they apply to specific parties bringing a complaint. Schmidt says it's important to be clear about what the Act does.

 

Federal judges have issues 15 injunctions against the Trump administration since January. Schmidt says these are actions that should be used sparingly.

 

Schmidt was joined in his statements on Tuesday by Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, Majority Leader Steve Scalise, Majority Whip Tom Emmer, and House Republican Conference Chairwoman Lisa McClain.
