A fugitive on Oklahoma's 10 Most Wanted List is apprehended in Texas.
43-year-old Michael Marlow was wanted in connection to a two-vehicle fatal car accident that killed 39-year-old Crystal Martinez in Cotton County, OK, in 2022. A blood alcohol test conducted after the accident revealed the presence of methamphetamine in Marlow's system. Marlow was charged with first-degree manslaughter in the case and fled prosecution.
Marlow was taken into custody last week in Fort Worth, Texas, after authorities traced him to a residence in that city.
Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond stated that Marlow's arrest demonstrates the state's commitment to bringing dangerous offenders to justice no matter where they attempt to hide.
