Osage County Sheriff's Office Receives Security Upgrades

The Osage County, OK, Sheriff's Office is receiving some new security upgrades.

Osage County Sheriff Bart Perrier was at this week's Osage County Commission meeting to discuss the issue. Perrier says the Sheriff's Office has had some recent issues with plumbing in the building but that those issues are being resolved.

Sheriff's Office I-T Supervisor Gil DuPont was on hand to discuss the recently approved security system. DuPont says the new system will allow jail employees to better track what comes in and out of the facility.

Also at this week's meeting, commissioners also heard an update on construction efforts at the courthouse.

The Osage County Commission meets every Monday at 10am at the fairgrounds in Pawhuska.
