The Coffeyville Community College Humanities Project continues this week with a performance by singer-songwriter Barak Hill.

Hill's music blends folk, soul, and rock music to offer a powerful mix of soulful vocals and strong guitar work that many have compared to the music of Steve Earle, Neil Young, and the Jayhawks. Hill's talents were first recognized when he won the American Songwriter Magazine's 2012 Santa Cruz Guitar Song Contest. He has also been named as one of the top three solo musicians in southwest Missouri in a 417 Magazine readers' poll. Hill's performances bring a balance of original works and cherished covers.

Barak Hill will perform tomorrow night at the Spencer Rounds Theater on the CCC Campus. The show begins at 6pm and admission is free.
