The City of Neodesha gets an update on the closure of US-75 through the city.
A rail crossing replacement and installation project by Union Pacific has closed US-75 or West Main Street in Neodesha. The project was originally slated to be completed this week, but Neodesha City Administrator Brogan Jones says that date has been pushed back.
Mayor Devin Johnson says he'd like to see better enforcement of the No Truck route on the current detour.
The current detour follows US-400 and K-47. The Kansas Department of Transportation advises drivers to check for updates at Kandrive.gov or by calling 5-1-1.
