A Bartlesville man faces charges of assault and breaking and entering in two different incidents earlier this month.
37-year-old Rusty Gardner was charged on Wednesday with biochemical assault and breaking and entering a dwelling without permission. Bartlesville Police say a March 1st incident allegedly shows Gardner on video intentionally spraying another person in the face with WD-40.
The second incident occurred on March 19th. On that date, Gardner is accused of illegally entering a residence. When he was confronted by a person inside the residence, he fled the scene.
Gardner will appear in court again on April 9th. He was given an aggregate bond of $15,000.
