The Montgomery County Commission continues to hear updates from various county departments.

 

At this week's meeting, County Attorney Melissa Johnson gave her quarterly report to commissioners. Johnson says her office is currently in search of a full-time attorney and has had some difficulty keeping attorneys on staff.

 

John added that her office has also been in the process of digitizing case files. The effort began two years ago and John says she anticipates it will be complete by the end of the year.

 

Adult Community Corrections Director Dennis Webb, Facilities Manager Jeff Phelps, and Environmental Safety and Zoning Director Matt Debo also presented reports at this week's meeting.
