The Nowata Public Schools will hold an open house tomorrow night to discuss the proposal for the bond issue.

There are two proposals that will be on the April 1 ballot, The first – for just over $16 million – would pair for repairs and improvements to all school buildings in the district while also adding improvements to the athletic and agricultural programs. The second bond issue for $450,000 would purchase three new school buses and expand the existing bus barn. Tomorrow night's meeting will begin at 6pm in the Nowata High School cafeteria.
