Nestle USA issues a voluntary recall of certain Lean Cuisine and Stouffer's frozen meals due to the potential presence of a wood-like substance in the food.
The recall applies to limited batches of Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli, Spinach Artichoke Ravioli, Lemon Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry, and Stouffer's Party Size Chicken Lasagna. The products were distributed at major U.S. retailers between September 2024 and March 2025. One choking incident has been reported in connection to the recall.
Consumers who have purchased these products should not prepare or consume them. Products can be returned to the retailer where it was purchased for a replacement or a full refund.
