Two suspects in a Osage County shooting are released due to a lack of evidence.

Allen Brown and Owen Ewing were being held in the Osage County Jail on accessory to murder charges for a shooting that happened at Lake Bluestem near Pawhuska last weekend. District Attorney Mike Fisher says there is insufficient evidence to hold Brown and Ewing, so the two were released. Fisher says this remains an ongoing investigation.

Caleb Andrews is still being held in the Osage County Jail on a first degree murder charge and Charli Alexander is being held on an accessory to murder charge. The victim in the shooting was Enrique Ramon Urbana.
