The Kansas Department of Transportation reports that a repair project on US-69 will be affecting traffic in Fort Scott.
A crack repair project on U.S. 69 in Fort Scott is underway this week. The 2-mile project area starts at 23rd Street and continues north to U.S. 54. Traffic is reduced to one lane at the work zone. Drivers are advised to use caution in the work zone or find an alternate route. The work is expected to be completed in one week, weather permitting.
