Authorities in Wagoner County, Oklahoma, suspect foul play in the body of a man found yesterday morning near Porter.
The body of a deceased male was discovered around 8am yesterday near a burned vehicle. Tulsa Police say they believe the man and the vehicle are connected to a missing person case in the City of Tulsa.
The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
