When is a cat not a cat? When it's actually a squirrel.

A concerned citizen in Miami yesterday reported to staff at the City Hall Building that there was a cat stuck on a ledge high on the outside of the building. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the cat wasn't a cat at all …. it was actually a squirrel. The squirrel – dubbed “Jeff” by City Hall employees – was just enjoying a sunny day, lounging around the outside of the building in downtown Miami.
