Four people are under arrest following a shooting death near Pawhuska on Saturday morning.

 

The incident occurred at a birthday party at Lake Bluestem in the early morning hours on Saturday. Osage County Sheriff Bart Perrier says the investigation is underway.

 

The victim in the case has been identified as Enrique Ramon Urbana. 18-year-old Caleb Andrews has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the case. Witnesses claim Andrews shot Urbana after an altercation between the two men.

 

Three others have also been taken into custody in the case. They are 20-year-old Allen Brown of Ponca City, 18-year-old Charli Alexander of Pawnee, and 18-year-old Owen Ewing of Blackwell.
