The USD 445 Coffeyville Board of Education will discuss the adoption of a virtual learning program for the upcoming school year at tonight's meeting.
The Coffeyville School Board will consider the adoption and purchase of Schools P-L-P as the district's virtual learning program starting in the fall of 2025. The cost for the program is anticipated to be just under $30,000. The Board is also expected to approve the cost of membership in the Kansas Association of School Boards as well as adopting a contract for legal assistance to be provided by that association.
Also up for approval is the hiring of two part-time teaching assistants for the Early Learning Center, two part-time child nutritionists, and two assistant softball coaches fro Field Kindley High School.
Tonight's meeting begins at 4:30 at the Board of Education Office at 615 Ellis Street. The public is invited to attend.
