The Kansas Department of Transportation announces a new round of grant funding for road construction projects.

Among those projects announced in this round, is a project that will repair a bridge on US-160 just south of Cherryvale. The bridge is located just east of US-169. The total grant funds awarded for the project is just over $1.7 million and construction will be done by Wichita's Wildcat Construction.
