Driver Arrested After high Speed Chase in Oklahoma

 

A driver is arrested following a police chase in Wagoner and Rogers Counties in Oklahoma.

 

The pursuit began at the Hard Rock Casino in Catoosa on Wednesday when a Tulsa County Sheriff's Deputy who is also an Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics agent began chasing a car with four occupants inside. The pursuit continued with the help of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Law enforcement chased the suspect vehicle until the car crashed. The driver then attempted to flee on foot but was later apprehended.

 

The driver was identified as 41-year-old Mark Loren Myers. Myers was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant as well as charges of fleeing and eluding. Myers has been booked into the Rogers County Jail.

 

The three other individuals in the car were detained and later released.
