The Labette County Sheriff's Office and numerous other agencies are searching for a man in rural Labette County.

Yesterday, the Labette County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a man trapped in a tractor at a low-water crossing located on the property at 7038 Ness Road. Upon arrival, deputies were unable to locate the driver, identified as 82-year-old Lynn S. Gregory. The Parsons Fire Department, Bartlett Fire Department, Edna Fire Department, Labette County EMS, Altamont Police Department and Kansas Wildlife & Parks all assisted in the search of the area.

As of today, the search for Gregory is ongoing, with Kansas Wildlife & Parks, the Labette County Sheriff’s Office, and Coffeyville TASK-4 continuing to search the waterways in the region.
