The Oklahoma State Department of Health confirms that a staff member at a Bartlesville elementary school does not have measles.

A recent statement from the Bartlesville Public Schools said that a staff member at Wayside Elementary had tested positive for the disease. However, the Health Department says that the individual actually tested positive for having antibodies against the disease and does not have measles.

The Oklahoma State Health Department says there have been no confirmed cases of measles in Oklahoma.
