The Home Rule Ordinance for Coffeyville Regional Medical Center and city street maintenance will be on the agenda at tonight's Coffeyville City Commission meeting.
Tonight, commissioners will hear the second reading of the Home Rule Ordinance that will transfer ownership of CRMC from the city to a corporation. The commission heard the first reading of the measure last month, with the assurance that the transfer would not change anything in the way the hospital currently operates. Also on the agenda for this week's meeting is the approval of a contract with Proseal Inc. for the application of an asphalt rejuvenator on various streets in the city. The commission is also expected to approve the submission of a USDA Rural Development Rural Business Development Grant application to establish a Revolving Loan Fund.
The meeting begins at 6:30 tonight in the Commission Room at City Hall and is open to the public. The Coffeyville City Commission Meeting can also be viewed online via the City of Coffeyville YouTube Channel.
