Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond adds a Tulsa murder suspect to the state's 10 Most Wanted list.
19-year-old Angel Ivan Ibarra is suspected to be one of two shooters responsible for the February 8 slaying of two teenagers and the wounding of two others that occurred in a Tulsa apartment complex. Investigators say Ibarra and alleged accomplice Christopher Atjun had targeted one of the murder victims. Atjun is currently in custody. The three other victims were not intended targets, according to police.
Agents with the Attorney General’s Office in conjunction with the Tulsa Police Department hope to bring Ibarra to justice. There is a reward of up to $8,000 available for information directly leading to Ibarra's arrest.
