A 31-year-old Wichita woman is arrested following accusations of sexual abuse by a former youth athlete.

Sedgwick County booking records show Savana King was booked into the Sedgwick County jail on charges of unlawful sexual relations, criminal sodomy, two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and aggravated indecent solicitation of a child. The arrest stems from recent allegations made by a now 18-year-old female who stated she was sexually assaulted by King when King was her softball coach. The assaults are said to have occurred between 2021 and 2024 when the victim was under age.

The case remains under investigation.
