A Bartlesville man is facing a felony charge after allegedly attempting to force his way into someone's home.
33-year-old Brittain Woods was charged with attempted first-degree burglary. Woods arrived at the victim's residence around 6:30pm Saturday and attempted to open a bedroom window. He returned to the property around 8:00pm the same night.
Court documents show that he knocked on the front door, was told he was not welcome by the victim, and attempted to open living room windows and a bedroom window with his hands. Woods will appear in court again on February 21st at 9:00am. His bond is set at $10,000.
