ICC Trustees To Swear in New Member, Begin Search for School President

 

The Independence Community College Board of Trustees will swear in its newest member at tonight's meeting.

 

Dr. Logan Null was appointed earlier this month to fill the trustee seat left vacant by the resignation of Val DeFever. Null will be sworn in tonight and officially begin his new duties. Also at tonight's meeting, trustees will elect a new chair and vice-chair to serve for 2025. they will also choose representatives to serve on the Audit Committee and a representative for the Kansas Association of Community College Trustees, and on the ICC Foundation.

 

There will also be an executive session to allow trustees to review decisions by the Presidential Search Committee to determine candidates for the first round of interviews for ICC President.

 

Tonight's meeting begins at 5:30 in Room 104 of the Fab Lab building.
