A Kansas man is killed in a head-on collision in Marion County.

The accident occurred on US-56 about forty miles west of Emporia.

Around 1pm yesterday, 29-year-old Kendall Harding of Lost Springs, KS, was traveling northbound on the highway in a 2019 Ram 1500 when he went left of center and struck a semi head-on. Harding suffered fatal injuries in the crash. The driver of the semi – 36-year-old Jason Mathews of Garnett – was uninjured.
