The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is warning drivers of hazardous road conditions across the state today.
O-H-P says road crews spent the overnight hours treating roadways in northwest and north central Oklahoma but that slick spots may remain, especially on bridges and overpasses. Drivers are urged to use caution as they head out this morning. Roads may be slick across the state all the way to the US-69 corridor in eastern Oklahoma. The Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas may be slick, as well.
O-H-P urges drivers to use extra caution during the morning commute and to be aware of black ice when traveling. Road conditions in Oklahoma can be viewed at okroads.org.
