A man and a woman are in custody in Rogers County, OK, after arranging to meet a 13-year-old girl who met the man online.
The girl's parents had reported her missing on Tuesday after discovering she had been chatting online with and had arranged to meet a 21-year-old man she met through Snapchat. The girl was found in a Broken Arrow neighborhood where they also arrested a man and a woman. The girl's phone was later found discarded in a trash can in Tulsa.
The juvenile was returned safely to her parents while the female suspect faces charges of harboring a runaway and obstructing an officer.
The investigation is ongoing.
