A Bartlesville woman makes a first appearance in Washington County Court on a felony child endangerment charge.
Gabriella Quintanilla, who appeared out of custody, is accused of leaving her 8-month old child alone in her apartment with no supervision. Quintanilla's mother called police regarding the child's welfare. The mother learned that the defendant was arrested in Nowata at around 10:15pm and found the child alone in the apartment an hour later. According to a neighbor, Quintanilla left the apartment complex at around 9:15pm. Quintanilla lives alone in the apartment.
Her next court date is Friday, February 7th.
