The new United States Congressman from Southeast Kansas is officially sworn into office.
New Representative of Kansas' Second Congressional District Derek Schmidt says he is honored to represent Kansas in the United States Congress. Schmidt was officially sworn in when Congress went back into session on Friday, January 3rd.
