A Joplin man is injured in a single-vehicle accident in Crawford County due to icy conditions.
42-year-old Daniel Johnson sustained minor injuries yesterday morning when his vehicle slid off an icy bridge on US-69 about 5 miles north of Arma. The Ford Explorer struck a guardrail on the bridge and rolled before coming to rest on its wheels in the median.
Johnson was taken to Mercy Hospital in Joplin for treatment for his injuries.
