The City of Cherryvale reminds citizens to report animal control complaints to the city.

City officials cite the recent number of complaints about loose animals in the city that have appeared in Facebook forums. The City reminds residents that officials can only take action on complaints if they are reported to the city. However, Cherryvale has only one animal control officer, so while complaints may not be taken care of immediately, the officer will handle all calls in a timely manner. Animal Control is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm. After-hours and emergency situations should be directed to the Cherryvale Police Department.
