A New Year's Day crash in Cherokee County leaves a Baxter Springs man with serious injuries.
The accident occurred at the intersection of NW 100th and Bethlehem Road just north of US-160 or 8 miles west of Columbus. A 2005 Dodge Stratus driven by 33-year-old Dillan Bagby was northbound on 100th Road when the vehicle entered the west ditch. This caused the Stratus to roll several times before coming to rest in a field.
Bagby was transported to Mercy Hospital in Joplin for treatment for his injuries.
