Four people are injured in a weekend accident in Woodson County.
The accident occurred on US-75, about 4 miles north of Yates Center on Saturday morning. 31-year-old Norma Orellanade-Hernandez of Rogers, AR, was traveling northbound on 75 when she slowed to allow a vehicle in front of her to turn. She was then rear-ended by the vehicle behind her, a 2019 Ford Explorer driven by 52-year-old Glenna Graham of Yates Center. Both women received minor injuries. Two passengers in Hernandez's vehicle – 34-year-old Julion Hernandez Martinez and 55-year-old Lucio Hernandez-Lopez – also sustained minor injuries.
All four were taken to the Coffey County Hospital in Burlington for treatment.
