The Montgomery County Commission will meet to day in their last regular meeting before the Christmas holiday.
On the agenda for today is County Administrator Jonathan Booe, who is expected to discuss several items including budget assistance from the accounting firm Jared, Gilmore & Phillips, a resolution for cost of living and merit raises, and year-end transfers and the 2025 holiday schedule.
Also on today's agenda is County Treasurer Nancy Clubine in regards to the motor vehicle office and Donnie Collier, who will speak about the County Administrator position.
The meeting begins at 9am and is held in the Commission Room in the lower level of the Judicial building in Independence. The meeting can also be viewed on both the county website at MGCountyKS.com or on their Facebook page.
