The City of Neodesha approves a new noise ordinance.

The measure was proposed at this week's city commission meeting. Noise hasn't necessarily been an issue in the city, but the new measure will be in place if it is needed. Chief of Police Sam Tomlinson says it's better to have an ordinance and not need it, than to need one and not have it.

The city commission passed the ordinance with a unanimous vote.
