Drivers near the Coffeyville refinery will notice a smoother ride.

According to the City of Coffeyville, the overlay project on 4th Street and Sunflower Street is now complete. This is a temporary fix as the City is actively applying for a U.S. Department of Transportation Grant to reconstruct truck routes.
