The Ninth Annual Fill-A-Cruiser event is this weekend in Coffeyville.

Police Chief Kwin Bromley says the event has grown from helping 15 to kids to 190.  Chief Bromley and Organizer Sarah Bromley say most of the requests from the kids come from a place of need instead of things they might want.

The Coffeyville Police Department and Fire Department will be set up at Walmart from 10:00am to 4:00pm to drop off donations to the fill the cruiser. Bromley says any money donated will be used to purchase items off the kids' wish lists.
