The Coffeyville Chamber of Commerce hosts a ribbon cutting for a new bargain outlet.
The ribbon cutting was held earlier this afternoon for Wilcox Bargain Outlet at 902 West 8th Street. Wilcox has a wide selection of men's, women's and kids' clothing, shoes and accessories.
