Cherryvale's new city administrator has just started on the job, and he says he's looking forward to being an advocate for the city.

 

Michael Hall was hired as city administrator earlier this month and has officially been in his position just over a week.

 

Hall previously worked in the Air Force and moved from Texas to the Coffeyville area about three-and-a-half years ago. Family ties were part of what brought him to the area, but he says a vision for the future was the other part.

 

Hall believes that Cherryvale and cities in Montgomery County don't have to settle for the status quo.

 

Hall says his door is open and he's looking forward to working with the city's leadership and community volunteers to write the next chapter of Cherryvale's history. A link the the full interview with Hall is available HERE.
