Coffeyville Municipal Light and Power and the City of Coffeyville are warning citizens to proceed with caution when driving along Willow Street this holiday weekend.

The traffic lights at the intersection of 8^th and Willow will be flashing red in both directions, which indicates a four-way stop at that intersection. However, the lights at 9^th and Willow will be flashing red for drivers heading east-west on 9^th Street and yellow for those traveling north-south on Willow Street. Drivers on 9^th Street should come to a complete stop before entering the intersection.
