The Independence City Commission will meet today for their second regular meeting of November due to Thanksgiving falling on their normal meeting day next week.

Commissioners will tackle a brief agenda that includes the possible adoption of a new city ordinance authorizing the issuance of the City's Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds. There will also be an update from public Works on various projects around the city.

Today's meeting begins at 4pm in the Commission Room at City Hall. The meeting is open to the public and is available online via the city's website.
