Bartlesville Man Charged With Making Threats to Hospital

 

A Bartlesville man faces terrorism charges after allegedly making threats against the Bartlesville hospital.

 

33-year-old Joshua Luellen has been charged with one felony count of Terrorism Hoax after he allegedly called St. John Jane Phillips Hospital on the evening of September 23rd and made threatening remarks to the operator. During the call, Luellen is accused of telling the operator that he had a gun and that staff should be careful when leaving the hospital.

 

Bartlesville Police traced the number back to a residence, where Luellen allegedly made a comment about the hospital and said that they had almost cost the lives of one of his children in after a misdiagnosis.

 

Luellen was arrested and taken into custody where he is being held on a $2,500 bond.
